At only 10 lbs. and with an integrated carrying handle, the Sahara Ultra-Portable Infrared Quartz Heater was designed with portability and maximum heating efficiency in mind. Its touchscreen display with digital thermostat makes it very easy to set your desired temperature. It is loaded with safety features such as safety tip-over shut-off, safe-to-the-touch grill, child lock mode, overheat protection and it does not emit any harmful fumes. The screen brightness is adjustable for sensitive sleepers. Multiple power modes include half 750 Watts, full 1500 Watts, and eco mode which automatically chooses between full and half power. Simply plug it into any regular household outlet and start enjoying instant heat. This heater comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

The new design/weight is really nice. The product does very well at heating! We use 2 of them in our bedroom and downstairs at least 4 months of every year. They really help keep the furnace bills down! Best of all is the great customer service!

Convenient and efficient

As temperatures are dropping, I have been appreciating the convenient efficiency of this portable infrared space heater. I've been able to set my home's main thermostat (oil-boiler) at 62 and simply move the portable electric unit to whatever room I am in to quickly bring up the temperature without drawing too much electricity. I'm especially happy with its ability to warm the living room/dining room/kitchen area on chilly mornings! With the overall efficiency of this infrared unit, I am hoping to save money on expensive fuel without sacrificing comfort this winter. So far, it's been an excellent purchase!
