The Heater does not work properly it turns off after being on for just a few minutes no matter what temperature i set it to.
This is a rip off company do not order anything from them...stay away

The Tradesman 1500 Watt Heater Tripod Combo with Remote is fantastic! It was easy to assemble, and the tripod is sturdy, making it perfect for our patio. The heater puts out a great amount of warmth, which has made our outdoor space much more enjoyable.

So I've had the heat storm hs-1500-otr for about 2 yrs so of course it's pst the warranty and it has stopped working so I ordered a new heat element and still nothing so I opened up the electrical box found wires and dump switch have melted
So I replaced it all thinking would fix it and now in a few weeks it's happened again and the company wants to sell me a new unit at half price

Not worth the money I spent 22 x 33 garage is still cold. Didn’t make much of a difference at all.
I like everything about the heater, it is compact, quiet, easy install, love the wifi connectivity with app control. I am, though, unhappy with the remote thermostat display as i live in Canada and use it to display degrees celcius. When the temperature is in single digits, (1-9 degrees) the display adds another 1 in front of the actual temperature. For example, a temperature of 8 will display as 18. I called customer service and was told they are aware of this issue. I would like to be contacted when this issue is resolved and receive another remote thermostat as soon as possible. replacement unit works just fine, but it's a bit disappointing that it had to be replaced after a few years!
I recently purchased the Replacement Infrared Element for Outdoor Heater and it was easy to replace and works better than the original did.
this has helped get my room to the proper warmth. very easy to pair with heater. using this paired to my Phoenix Infrared Heater with Wi-Fi. it is so good it should have been included with the heater.
