When early morning temperatures have been in the 30s, our infrared space heater has made our 18 x 14 sunroom a comfortable room to enjoy.

Did not work

The heater kicked on for a sum total of about 3 minutes and stopped working. I recalibrated the thermostat and did the soft then hard reset as recommended by the instructions. Infared elements do not glow and there is no fan blowing. Very disappointed. And cold. No response from Heatstorm with phone call.
